Field Service Technician III

About the role

Enerflex Ltd. is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician III to support gas compression and processing equipment across the Middle East and Africa. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, overhauling, and maintaining rotating equipment while adhering to strict HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of gas compressors, gas‑driven engines, gas processing equipment, and compression skid controls.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks, checklists, and detailed repairs as assigned.
• Communicate professionally with on‑site customers and provide feedback to improve project performance.
• Assist customers in identifying maintenance needs and recommend solutions.
• Commission Enerflex packages throughout MEA and Africa regions.
• Prepare and submit documentation, reports, and failure analysis as required.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and uphold housekeeping standards on job sites.

Required profile

• Technical or engineering degree in a related field.
• 7‑10 years of relevant experience with direct customer interaction.
• Waukesha, CAT and Ariel certifications (including G3600) are a plus.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure with limited supervision and coach junior staff.
