Finance Associate – UAE National

About the role

Equiti Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Associate who is an UAE national to join its Dubai office. The role supports the finance team in day‑to‑day accounting tasks and contributes to month‑end and year‑end processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices and payments.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including bank reconciliations.
• Process expense reports, vendor payments and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
• Assist with audits, compliance requirements and provide general finance team support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience in management and financial reporting, comfortable with P&L and balance sheets.
• Audit background (not necessarily Big 4) and experience in financial services.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and inquisitive nature.

Required skills

• Professional Excel skills.
• Knowledge of SAP.
