Finance Coordinator

About the role

The Finance Coordinator will support daily financial operations at the 25hours Hotel One Central in Dubai. You will ensure accurate processing of transactions, maintain financial records, and collaborate with multiple hotel departments.

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, payment requests and expense claims in line with company policies.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes before payment.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, following up with suppliers and internal teams.
• Assist with journal entries, account reconciliations and month‑end closing activities.
• Reconcile daily hotel revenue, cash collections and credit‑card transactions.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Previous experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and numerical accuracy.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
