Finance & HR Supervisor

About the role

Lila Molino, a concept based in Alserkal Avenue, a leading arts and culture district in Dubai, is hiring a full-time, on-site Finance & HR Supervisor. The role oversees day-to-day financial operations and handles the basics of human resources, working closely with leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations: manage accounts payable and receivable, purchasing and bookkeeping, and ensure accurate, timely financial records.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, manage cash flow, monitor budgets and provide regular financial reports and insights to leadership.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, support audit and compliance requirements and ensure adherence to local regulations and standards.
• Contribute to financial forecasting, cost analysis and business planning.
• Handle HR basics: renew visas, keep employee documents up to date and manage annual leave and PTO requests according to company calendars.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• Experience with internal controls, compliance and audit preparation in a corporate or SME environment.
• Ability to analyse financial data, generate clear insights and present recommendations to non-finance stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the UAE or familiarity with local financial regulations is preferred.

• Strong financial management: budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Accounting principles, financial reporting and use of accounting or ERP software.
