Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

About the role

SANAD is looking for a highly analytical and results-driven FP&A Specialist to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis. The role delivers business insights for strategic decisions, ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial information, and contributes to ERP/BI system enhancements, process optimization and audit readiness across the Finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Budgeting and forecasting: support annual budgets and rolling forecasts, consolidate departmental inputs, validate assumptions, monitor performance against budgets and maintain financial models.
• Financial planning and analysis: analyze revenue, costs, profitability and margins; run variance, trend and sensitivity analyses; develop financial models and performance metrics.
• Management reporting and compliance: prepare management reports, dashboards and presentations; ensure IFRS, GAAP and internal policy compliance; support audits and monthly, quarterly and annual reviews.
• ERP and BI systems: maintain data integrity in ERP and BI platforms, support enhancements, testing, reporting automation and process improvements, and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Process improvement: identify ways to improve budgeting, forecasting and reporting, support automation and keep documentation ready for audit.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA or CMA preferred or in progress.
• 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting or management reporting.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proven experience in variance analysis and business performance reporting.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with ERP and BI systems such as Oracle, SAP, Hyperion or Power BI.
• FP&A, budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling and variance analysis.
• IFRS and financial compliance knowledge.
