Finishing Foreman – High‑End Villa Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to lead the finishing works on high‑end villa projects. The role involves overseeing all architectural and finishing trades to ensure the highest quality standards are met on time.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractors and tradespeople across plastering, painting, tiling, marble, waterproofing, gypsum, ceiling, door and joinery works.
• Verify that all works are executed according to project drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to resolve technical issues and maintain workflow.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of construction experience, with proven experience on villa projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings accurately.
• Availability to join within 15 days is preferred.
