About the role
Deliver exceptional dining experiences by combining attention to detail with outstanding guest engagement. Support departmental objectives through food safety, stock management and teamwork.
Key responsibilities
- Engage guests, provide menu guidance, suggest pairings and upsell beverages and side orders.
- Process orders accurately, coordinate with kitchen, and ensure timely delivery of multi‑course meals.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, conduct opening/closing routines and uphold HACCP food safety standards.
- Handle cash and POS transactions precisely, balance registers and submit daily sales reports.
- Collaborate with warehouse for stock deliveries, manage inventory and restock supplies.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in food and beverage service.
- Strong customer service focus with attention to detail.
- Proven cash handling and POS operation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure team environment.
Required skills
- POS system operation.
- Cash handling and register balancing.
- Knowledge of HACCP food safety guidelines.
