Foreman – Liner‑Mounted Pump Operations

About the role

The Foreman LMP will lead the daily operation and maintenance of liner‑mounted pumps used in drilling and completion fluid processes. You will supervise field teams, ensure safe and efficient pump performance, and coordinate with engineering and logistics to support fluid handling activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily LMP operations, ensuring performance meets operational standards.
• Lead a team of operators and technicians, providing guidance on equipment operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Oversee setup, calibration and commissioning of LMP equipment, verifying safety and functional requirements.
• Monitor flow rates, pressures and other parameters, adjusting settings to maintain optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, maintenance activities and incidents.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5‑7 years of experience in pump operations and maintenance, with 2‑3 years in a supervisory role.
• Basic written and spoken English with effective communication skills.
