Freelance Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

ADCOURT is seeking a Freelance Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimise paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The role focuses on generating qualified leads and aligning media efforts with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads.
• Develop campaign strategies that support lead‑generation targets.
• Monitor performance, budgets and audience targeting on an ongoing basis.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, messaging and audience segments.
• Prepare weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Partnerships teams to sync campaigns with upcoming initiatives.
• Ensure accurate tracking, conversion reporting and analytics across all platforms.
• Attend the Dubai office twice per week for planning and review sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, audience targeting and campaign optimisation.
• Experience handling advertising budgets and reporting on performance.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager is preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a growing team.
• Willingness to work part‑time from the Dubai office.
