About the role

Willo is looking for a UAE‑based freelance sales consultant to turn inbound leads into paying clients. You will work on a commission‑only basis, earning on every closed sale with no earnings cap.

Key responsibilities

Call and message new leads on the same day they arrive.
Follow up consistently via phone and WhatsApp until a lead converts or is closed out.
Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline in the CRM, recording the correct stage and detailed notes for each conversation.
Provide regular pipeline reports highlighting status, bottlenecks, and reasons for stalls.
Hand over closed clients to the operations team with clear handover notes.
Feed back insights from leads to improve the service offering and messaging.

Required profile

Based in the UAE with a valid freelance permit or own trade licence able to invoice.
Fluent English; Arabic or other expat‑community languages are a plus.
Prior experience selling to expat residents, preferably in insurance, mortgage, real estate or financial services.
Comfortable on the phone, organized, and motivated by performance‑based earnings.
