About the role
Willo is looking for a UAE‑based freelance sales consultant to turn inbound leads into paying clients. You will work on a commission‑only basis, earning on every closed sale with no earnings cap.
Key responsibilities
- Call and message new leads on the same day they arrive.
- Follow up consistently via phone and WhatsApp until a lead converts or is closed out.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline in the CRM, recording the correct stage and detailed notes for each conversation.
- Provide regular pipeline reports highlighting status, bottlenecks, and reasons for stalls.
- Hand over closed clients to the operations team with clear handover notes.
- Feed back insights from leads to improve the service offering and messaging.
Required profile
- Based in the UAE with a valid freelance permit or own trade licence able to invoice.
- Fluent English; Arabic or other expat‑community languages are a plus.
- Prior experience selling to expat residents, preferably in insurance, mortgage, real estate or financial services.
- Comfortable on the phone, organized, and motivated by performance‑based earnings.
