About the role
Rotana Hotels is hiring a Front Desk Agent for its Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas in Abu Dhabi. The role is based on site in the Front Office department and focuses on providing professional, customer-focused service to guests from arrival until departure.
Key responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests, from arrival to departure, and greet guests by name when known and escort them to their rooms
- Conduct in-room and hotel familiarisation and help guests with enquiries and requests about hotel activities
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of hotel information, local services, operating hours, promotions, events and attractions, and know the rates and occupancy levels
- Administer front desk cashiering accurately and process accounts from check-in to check-out, posting all incidental charges correctly in the computerised front office system
- Protect guest privacy and ensure guests' and employees' health and safety, complying with environmental, health and safety policies
