Front Office Supervisor

About the role

The Front Office Supervisor oversees daily front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest service from arrival to departure at ibis Styles Dubai Dragon Mart Hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing prompt resolution.
• Promote and sell hotel services to enhance guest experience and revenue.
• Handle billing, payments, cash management, and guest records accurately.
• Oversee inventory, safe operations, luggage and vehicle flow, and guest relocations.
• Contribute to team training, maintain high service standards, and ensure a safe, clean front entrance.

Required profile

• Higher education with at least 3 years in a Front Office role within hospitality.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.

• Proficiency in front desk software and reservation systems.
