Full Stack Engineer – Build & Scale Digital Ecosystem

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Full Stack Engineer to own and evolve our digital ecosystem. You will design, develop, and scale internal tools, websites and integrations that directly influence revenue and agent performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain corporate websites, landing pages and web applications using modern front‑end technologies.
• Build and maintain CRM integrations, automation workflows and internal dashboards.
• Optimize performance, UX/UI and conversion rates across all digital touchpoints.
• Manage APIs and third‑party integrations such as property portals, marketing platforms and other SaaS services.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and leadership to create lead‑generation funnels and tracking solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, ensure system reliability, security and continuous improvement of the tech stack.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams including marketing and sales.

Required skills

• Front‑end: React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Back‑end: Node.js, Python, PHP (or similar).
• Databases: SQL and NoSQL.
• API design and integration, CRM systems.
• Cloud hosting, deployment and related services.
• Automation tools such as Zapier or Make.
• Tracking and analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, GA4).
