Full-Time Waiter – Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter to join the food & beverage team at the Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel in Dubai. As the front‑line hospitality ambassador you will deliver prompt, courteous service and help create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Serve guests in the hotel’s restaurants and bars, ensuring timely and accurate order delivery.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, beverages and outlet facilities.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to guarantee smooth operation of all F&B outlets.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards in the work area.
• Respect guest privacy and handle any special requests with professionalism.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
• Strong passion for delivering excellent service.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Fluent English communication skills.
