About the role
Join Emaar Hospitality Group as a General Housekeeping Associate (VAJ) and help deliver the flawless guest experience that defines a 5‑star hotel. You will work in a dynamic, guest‑focused environment, ensuring that rooms and public areas are immaculate and welcoming.
Key responsibilities
- Perform all operational housekeeping tasks, maintaining cleanliness standards in rooms, corridors, lift landings, and pantries.
- Ensure timely order taking and delivery of guest requests.
- Prevent guest complaints and execute service recovery when needed.
- Communicate proactively with team members to uphold guest‑centric service.
- Uphold the hotel’s brand standards throughout the guest journey.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hotel.
- High school diploma or higher.
- Proficient command of the English language.
