Key responsibilities

• Perform all operational housekeeping tasks, maintaining cleanliness standards in rooms, corridors, lift landings, and pantries.
• Ensure timely order taking and delivery of guest requests.
• Prevent guest complaints and execute service recovery when needed.
• Communicate proactively with team members to uphold guest‑centric service.
• Uphold the hotel’s brand standards throughout the guest journey.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hotel.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Proficient command of the English language.
