General Manager - BrewDog Dubai

About the role

BrewDog is looking for a General Manager in Dubai who will own the full P&L, operations, marketing, events and team leadership for its current location and its growth expansion. The immediate priorities are to open BrewDog City Walk while keeping operating unit performance strong, then to plan and run the openings of units 4, 5, 6 and beyond. The role reports directly to ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the complete pre-opening and opening process, delivering operational, commercial, people, training and compliance requirements on time.
• Own the multi-unit P&L, revenue targets, cost control, pricing strategy, cash flow, budgets and quarterly business reviews, including opening budgets and ramp projections.
• Drive multi-unit brand strategy, promotional calendar, social media, partnerships and customer acquisition.
• Manage event programming, entertainment strategy, seasonal events, capacity planning and talent partnerships across locations.
• Run pre-opening marketing for new locations while keeping the brand consistent and tailored to each local market.
• Monitor financial performance and adjust strategies to meet profitability targets, preparing and managing budgets and setting financial goals.
• Work with the leadership team to develop, execute and track key performance metrics.
• Create an enjoyable and safe environment for teams and customers, act as a brand ambassador internally and externally, and deliver site-specific training for managers and crew.

Required profile

• 5+ years of restaurant and hospitality management with proven multi-unit scaling experience, including opening and launching at least 2 new restaurant, bar or hospitality locations.
• Proven P&L ownership and financial management.
• Experience building and training operating teams across multiple locations.
• Marketing and brand strategy background, plus events execution.
• Ability to manage pre-opening complexity while running existing operations, make decisions with incomplete information and move quickly.
