Global Compliance & Reporting Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

EY is seeking a Manager to join its Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) team in Abu Dhabi, leading complex tax engagements and driving the growth of the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team in delivering tax compliance and reporting services, combining technical expertise with commercial, legislative and industry knowledge.
• Manage day‑to‑day client engagements, monitor progress, implement standardized processes, anticipate risks and drive performance‑improvement solutions.
• Supervise high‑performing teams, foster a positive learning culture and coach junior members.
• Maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships to ensure the highest quality of service.
• Ensure adherence to EY’s Tax Quality guidelines throughout all deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, taxation or a related field; advanced degree or professional qualification (MBA, CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in domestic and international tax rules, tax accounting and tax auditing, preferably within a large professional services firm.
• Proven managerial, organisational and project‑management experience.
• Experience working with multinational clients in a multicultural environment.
