Global Manager - Performance Management, Contract Logistics

About the role

The Global Manager - Performance Management CL leads and coordinates the global performance management framework across all Contract Logistics regions. The role ensures structured KPI governance, disciplined Management Business Review (MBR) processes and transparent oversight of financial risk areas such as the Low-Margin Contracts Program and scope creep. It also governs the Contract Logistics Master Site and structural data framework, keeping operational sites, financial entities, system mappings and reporting aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global KPI governance: standardised definitions, methodologies, targets and documentation, trend monitoring and consolidated reporting for leadership forums
• Coordinate the global Low-Margin Contracts Performance Program, including entry and exit criteria, underperforming contracts and margin recovery visibility
• Establish a global framework to identify and track scope creep and unbilled or non-contracted activities
• Ensure consistency of global and regional MBR structures, data validation and follow-up on key actions
• Maintain the Contract Logistics Master Site governance framework, including site status, structural mapping and change control

Required profile

• 10+ years in Contract Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Performance or Financial Performance roles
• Demonstrated experience in KPI governance, performance frameworks or margin improvement programs
• Experience in multinational, multi-regional organisations and supporting executive-level performance review forums (MBR/QBR)
• Ability to influence across regions and functions without direct authority

Required skills

• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including contract profitability and cost-to-serve analysis
• Deep understanding of operational KPIs and margin drivers in contract logistics
• Experience with master data governance, structural mapping and performance data alignment
• Strong analytical capability and structured problem-solving
