Graduate AI Engineer – Emirati National

About the role

WSP is seeking a Graduate in Artificial Intelligence (Emirati National) to support AI‑driven initiatives across projects and internal processes. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to apply AI solutions, improve efficiency, and contribute to WSP’s digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Audit current processes, identify improvement areas and propose initiatives aligned with personal interests.
• Conduct in‑depth engineering research on the latest AI technologies and their construction‑management applications.
• Collect and analyse data from various sources to inform project decisions and AI integration strategies.
• Assist in managing research projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives.
• Work closely with technical teams to integrate AI solutions using Microsoft Azure Sandbox and related tools.
• Collaborate with internal and external, regional and global stakeholders to understand needs and ensure successful outcomes.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate research findings, project progress and AI adoption strategies.
• Identify and propose innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency, sustainability and performance through AI.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to improve new digital ways of working.

Required profile

• UAE National with a valid Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• MSc degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering or equivalent (near graduation acceptable).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Keen interest in leveraging AI to drive innovation in construction management.
