Graduate Analyst – Integrated Facility Management

About the role

JLL is seeking a UAE National Graduate Analyst to join its Integrated Facility Management (IFM) team in Dubai. This entry‑level position offers recent graduates the chance to develop analytical and technical skills while supporting facility management services for a range of commercial properties.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and report facility performance data, preparing KPI and SLA dashboards.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day operations, track work orders, manage maintenance schedules and ensure compliance.
• Assist with budget preparation, cost tracking, invoice verification and identify cost‑optimisation opportunities.
• Participate in client meetings, respond to inquiries and help maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and support implementation of best practices.
• Utilise CAFM/CMMS software to manage assets, work orders and generate reports, supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate or a related field; recent graduate (within 2 years).
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a multicultural environment.
• Professional, client‑focused attitude and self‑motivation to work independently when needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with facility management software (CAFM/CMMS).
