Graduate Architect – Emirati National

About the role

WSP is looking for a proactive Emirati graduate with an architecture background to support strategic design and consultancy work across the Middle East. You will work closely with senior leaders on proposals, strategic planning and client engagement for high‑profile built‑environment projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior team members to develop high‑quality, winning proposals for major architecture and consultancy projects.
• Assist in developing and implementing business strategies, tracking market segment targets and reporting progress.
• Prepare technical content, project sheets, CVs and experience documents for proposals, EOIs and capability statements.
• Ensure all submissions comply with WSP’s governance, branding and quality standards.
• Participate in internal planning meetings, design reviews and proposal strategy sessions, supporting seamless collaboration between architecture, commercial and business development teams.

Required profile

• UAE National (Emirati passport holder).
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related design discipline.
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Interest in architecture, strategic thinking and proposal writing.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization and document formatting skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.
