Graduate Communications Coordinator – UAE Nationals

About the role

This 24‑month graduate program is designed to develop future leaders in communications. You will support the creation and implementation of integrated messaging strategies for internal and external audiences while gaining mentorship from industry experts.

Key responsibilities

• Learn to communicate messaging effectively inside and outside the organization using proven writing and editing skills.
• Assist in the completion of team projects and goals.
• Support the preparation and implementation of communications plans.
• Build communications skills across a range of channels and tactics.
• Create content for website, social media, press releases, promotional and event materials, presentations, and newsletters.
• Use organizational tools to report data from communications activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, English or a related field.
• Strong written, editing and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to create engaging content across digital and traditional channels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Relevant internship, university project or extracurricular experience in communications, marketing, PR or content creation is a plus.
