Graduate Trainee – Business Marketing (UAE Nationals)

About the role

Emirates NBD is seeking a motivated UAE national to join its Business Marketing team as a Graduate Trainee. The role offers a hands‑on experience in planning and executing marketing communications and campaigns that support the bank’s growth across its retail and business segments.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and communication activities for designated business segments.
• Gather marketing requirements from product and business teams and translate them into clear briefs.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies on concepts, creatives, artwork, copy proofing and collateral preparation.
• Manage day‑to‑day follow‑ups with agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist with campaign approvals, production, implementation, tracking and budget compliance.
• Update website content, EDMs, SMS campaigns and other digital communications in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with the Digital Team to enhance lead generation and campaign performance through digital channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of marketing experience is preferred.
• Good understanding of marketing processes, campaign management and agency coordination.
• Strong time‑management, analytical and organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
