Graphic Designer – Creative Director for Fragrance Branding

About the role

IFF is seeking a passionate Graphic Designer to join its Dubai office and act as a Creative Director for fragrance branding. You will develop innovative concepts, campaigns, packaging, and visual assets that bring IFF fragrances to life.

Key responsibilities

• Create mood boards, key visuals, storyboards, videos, social content and in‑store displays.
• Design packaging mock‑ups and label graphics.
• Produce visually appealing presentations for customer interactions.
• Conceptualise immersive brand experiences and stay up‑to‑date with trends in campaigns, AI, packaging and colour.
• Support the marketing team on brand, category and trend projects.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and knowledge of Premiere Pro/After Effects.
• Strong experience with generative AI tools for visual and video creation, including prompting and art‑directing outputs.
• Good understanding of print production and a strong portfolio in beauty, luxury or advertising.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and ability to work independently on multiple projects.
• Flexibility to adapt to fast‑paced priorities and a keen eye for detail.
