Graphic Designer – Hospitality Marketing

About the role

Rixos Hotels is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to support its marketing and communications efforts across the Middle East, Asia and Europe. You will work closely with the PR Manager and Director of Marketing to produce high‑impact visual assets that promote the brand in local, national and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute print, packaging, branding, typography and digital design projects.
• Assist the PR Manager/Director of Marketing in creating advertising, promotions, public‑relations collateral and social‑media content.
• Art‑direct photo shoots, both in‑studio and on location, and perform photo retouching.
• Produce graphics for hotel sales and marketing materials while adhering to brand standards.
• Handle incoming calls, forward messages, and support departmental communication.
• Attend departmental meetings, major hotel and city events, and ensure compliance with Rixos Sales & Marketing policies.

Required profile

• Strong conceptual thinker with a solid background in both print and digital design.
• Experience in studio and location photography, including art direction.
• Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines and maintain high service standards.
