Group Marketing & Brand Manager - Corporate Marketing

About the role

The Group Marketing & Brand Manager supports planning, coordination and delivery of marketing and brand initiatives across the Group, focusing on AKI brand activities while providing visibility and structure for all marketing initiatives within the Group’s businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and manage the Group marketing calendar across campaigns, launches and key initiatives.
• Maintain oversight of marketing plans across the Group’s businesses to ensure alignment.
• Lead development and refinement of brand guidelines for new and existing brands.
• Ensure marketing materials and communications adhere to brand standards.
• Plan and execute brand activation initiatives, trade shows, exhibitions and launches.
• Identify and support commercial partnership opportunities and develop collaborative marketing activations.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations.
• Establish KPIs, monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing activities.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within diversified organisations, consumer brands or multi‑brand environments.
• Proven experience coordinating marketing initiatives such as campaigns, brand activations, trade shows or events.
• Strong understanding of brand management and corporate branding.
• Excellent organizational, project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Experience managing a small team.
