About the role
First impressions are everything. As a Guest Arrival Expert you will guide guests through memorable arrival and departure experiences, ensuring they feel welcomed and cared for throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of services that assist guests during arrival and departure, including processing operational needs and addressing guest requests.
- Complete reports, share local area highlights, and perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 50 lb unaided or up to 75 lb with assistance.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets, and uphold professional appearance and communication standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
