About the role
The Guest Experience Expert creates memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, going beyond simple check‑in and check‑out processes.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
- Process operational needs and complete required reports.
- Address guest requests promptly and share highlights of the local area.
- Move around the property, handling objects up to 10 lb, to ensure smooth service delivery.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
