About the role
The Food & Beverage Reservations Agent will manage restaurant bookings, handle guest inquiries and support sales initiatives for SLS Dubai Hotel and Residences.
Key responsibilities
- Handle online bookings, emails and phone calls for restaurant reservations and ensure accuracy of reports.
- Prepare proposals, pro‑forma invoices and process payments for special F&B events and group bookings.
- Assist the hostess with guest seating, answer calls and manage reservations during peak periods.
- Promote loyalty programmes and upsell hotel F&B products and promotions.
- Maintain equipment, report issues and ensure compliance with health, safety and security policies.
Required profile
- Good knowledge of English (and Arabic is an advantage) and strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and adapt to changing conditions.
- Customer‑service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Required skills
- Proficiency with hotel property systems such as Micros, Opera and Seven Rooms.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use standard office software.
