About the role
Join the team at ibis Styles Dragon Mart as a Guest Service Agent, providing exceptional service to guests from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out processes, and handle billing.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel’s booking system.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill guest requests.
- Promote hotel services, upgrades, and special packages.
- Maintain accurate guest records, financial transactions, and inventory of supplies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree a plus.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required skills
- Familiarity with hotel management software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic math for handling payments and transactions.
