Guest Services Officer – Arabic Speaker

About the role
The Guest Services Officer will deliver courteous, professional, and flexible service to maximise guest satisfaction at Grand Hyatt Dubai. The role requires fluency in Arabic and the ability to rotate across various Rooms division sub‑departments and other assigned areas.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalised service, handle guest complaints, and ensure follow‑up when immediate solutions are not possible.
- Maintain accurate cash reports, perform opening and closing procedures, and manage room allocations and special guest requests.
- Stay informed about hotel services, facilities, promotions and apply upselling techniques.
- Maintain regular contact with long‑stay and suite guests to ensure an enjoyable experience.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations.
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
