Handover Executive – Russian Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Handover Executive who is fluent in Russian and English to manage the end‑to‑end handover process for our residential buyers in Dubai. You will act as the main liaison for Russian‑speaking clients, ensuring a smooth and professional key handover experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full handover process from notice of completion to final key delivery.
• Serve as the primary contact for Russian‑speaking buyers, explaining RERA/DLD regulations, service charge settlements and project timelines.
• Schedule and accompany clients during orientation walkthroughs and final inspections, log snagging items and coordinate rectifications with engineering and project teams.
• Prepare and organise all handover documentation, including utility registrations, title deeds and escrow clearance records.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Property Management and Site Engineering to resolve client inquiries and meet completion milestones.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM, collect post‑handover feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of the post‑sale journey.

Required profile

• Native or bilingual fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken).
• 2–4 years of experience in property handover, after‑sales operations, snagging coordination or customer care within the Dubai real‑estate market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, Communications or a related field.
• Preference for candidates holding their own or spouse visa.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
• Experience using digital document‑management platforms.
