Head of Digital Products & Business Intelligence

About the role

The Head of Digital Products & Business Intelligence will lead the digital transformation of the Registration Authority (RA) within ADGM. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for defining, delivering, and continuously improving secure, user‑centric digital platforms that support registration, licensing, and statutory registers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a digital product strategy aligned with ADGM and RA objectives.
• Maintain and prioritize a product roadmap, identifying opportunities for automation and service optimisation.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and post‑implementation optimisation.
• Oversee agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, UAT coordination and release management.
• Drive user‑centric, service‑design approaches to enhance usability and operational efficiency.
• Define, track and report OKRs and product performance metrics.
• Provide operational support, ensuring timely resolution of defects, incidents and enhancement requests.
• Act as the primary liaison between the RA, ADGM technology teams, external vendors and senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience (144 months) in digital product management or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product governance.
