Head of Digital Products

About the role

The Head of Digital Products will shape and execute the bank’s digital product strategy, overseeing design, delivery and lifecycle management of mobile, web and onboarding channels. This senior leader ensures that digital experiences are customer‑centric, commercially viable, secure, resilient and compliant with FSRA regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain a prioritized digital product roadmap aligned with business goals and growth targets.
• Lead end‑to‑end product management across discovery, design, build, launch and optimisation phases.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, risk, compliance and customer support squads using agile delivery practices.
• Monitor and improve product performance metrics, ensuring scalability, usability and regulatory compliance.
• Drive innovation through ecosystem partnerships and digital‑first customer experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in digital product management, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams and delivering digital solutions at scale.
• Strong understanding of FSRA regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.
• Experience in agile methodologies and data‑driven performance management.
