Head of Healthcare Finance – Dubai

About the role

Al-Futtaim Health’s HealthHub is looking for a senior finance leader to steer the financial performance of its expanding network of community‑based outpatient clinics, diagnostic services and future hospital projects. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Head of Healthcare Finance will act as a commercial partner to clinical and operational leaders, turning financial data into strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for multi‑site healthcare operations.
• Analyse revenue cycle, payer mix and physician productivity to optimise profitability.
• Develop business cases for new investments, service expansions and hospital projects.
• Partner with operational leaders to drive cost‑efficiency and performance improvements across the network.
• Provide timely financial reporting and insights to senior executives and board members.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of finance experience, with a strong focus on healthcare finance.
• Proven track record in senior finance roles within hospitals, clinic networks or similar healthcare providers.
• Ability to work closely with clinicians, executives and operational teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and commercial acumen.
