Head of HR – Group Level

About the role

As the Group Head of Human Resources, you will play a strategic role in supporting the rapid international growth of Brand System Group and strengthening its internal structure across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all HR functions across the Group’s companies, including talent acquisition, organizational development, HR strategy, performance management, and internal career development.
• Manage recruitment and talent acquisition for all business units.
• Lead employee performance reviews, talent retention strategies, and act as an internal career advisor.
• Supervise HR financial control, payroll structures, budgeting, and P&L‑related HR analysis.
• Support senior management in scaling operations and international expansion while building a strong, adaptable company culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources management.
• Strong international background with proven experience in global environments.
• Mandatory experience in e‑commerce or digital business settings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English; French is a strong plus.
