Head of Marketing – Investment Migration & Wealth Advisory

About the role

Our client, a leading specialist in residency and citizenship‑by‑investment solutions, is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the global marketing strategy and drive high‑quality client acquisition across multiple international markets. The role is office‑based in Dubai, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute the overall marketing strategy, aligning closely with sales teams to improve conversion and client acquisition.
• Drive lead generation, brand growth and marketing ROI through digital, content, PR, events, partnerships and social media.
• Manage multi‑channel campaigns, agencies, budgets and marketing teams while ensuring compliance and brand consistency.

Required profile

• 8+ years of marketing experience with leadership responsibility.
• Proven success generating qualified leads and revenue through digital and performance marketing.
• Experience targeting High‑Net‑Worth Individuals (HNWIs) in sectors such as investment migration, wealth management, private banking, luxury real estate or financial services.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, SEO.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, marketing automation and analytics tools.
