Head of Operations – GCC

About the role

The Head of Operations – GCC will own the end‑to‑end operations function for FNP across the Gulf Cooperation Council markets. You will be responsible for delivering seamless fresh‑product production, fulfillment, warehousing, inventory planning, logistics and last‑mile delivery while driving customer satisfaction, efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the GCC operations strategy aligned with growth, profit and experience targets.
• Lead daily production of flowers, bouquets, cakes, hampers and personalized gifts, ensuring freshness, quality and on‑time dispatch.
• Manage warehouses, dark stores and regional hubs, optimizing inventory levels, expiry control and replenishment cycles.
• Oversee in‑house fleet and third‑party delivery partners to guarantee same‑day, express and peak‑period deliveries.
• Plan and coordinate capacity for major events (Valentine’s Day, Eid, Ramadan, Diwali, etc.) to avoid service disruption.
• Control operational budgets, reduce cost per order and improve productivity across all hubs and teams.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing high‑volume, multi‑city operations in fresh or perishable businesses (flowers, bakery, food, gifting, quick‑commerce).
• Strong track record in same‑day delivery, peak‑season readiness and scalable regional growth.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams across UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
• Data‑driven mindset with focus on efficiency, cost control and profitability.
