Head of People Partnering

About the role

The Head of People Partnering will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across First Tech’s entities, translating business priorities into people‑focused solutions. This senior HR position shapes operating models, organisational design, job architecture, workforce planning, performance, reward and talent development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on strategic and operational people priorities.
• Develop operating models, organisational structures, job architecture and role levelling.
• Lead the Total Rewards project in collaboration with external consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Drive workforce planning, identifying future headcount, capability and organisational needs.
• Implement performance management, compensation reviews and development planning.
• Work with the Capability & Growth Manager to embed talent, succession and development frameworks.
• Identify capability gaps, talent risks and succession priorities, providing recommendations to leadership.
• Advise on promotions, retention, organisational changes, employee relations and workforce costs.
• Facilitate workshops on performance management, people processes and internal capability‑building initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Capability & Growth and Experience & Data to deliver coordinated people solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum eight years of experience in a senior HR Business Partner or People Partner role.
• Strong experience supporting corporate, commercial or multi‑functional business areas.
• Proven expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, job architecture, role levelling and compensation.
• Experience embedding performance management, talent development and succession‑planning frameworks.
• Strong commercial understanding.
