Head of Recruitment – Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Head of Recruitment – Talent Acquisition will lead the group‑wide talent acquisition strategy for a diversified Dubai‑based business group. This senior position oversees workforce planning, executive hiring and the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including executive search, headhunting, talent mapping and employer branding.
• Optimize ATS performance, drive recruitment analytics, monitor KPIs and ensure process governance.
• Lead, mentor and grow high‑performing recruitment teams.
• Partner with senior leadership to make strategic hiring decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, recruitment analytics and talent mapping methodologies.
• Preferred: female Arabic speaker with experience in diversified groups operating in construction, real estate, retail, hospitality or similar sectors.
