About the role
Fundamental Hospitality, a UAE‑born hospitality group established in 2011, operates a range of lifestyle concepts across the Middle East and Europe. Its Shanghai Me venue in Dubai offers an upscale dining experience, and the Head Waiter will play a pivotal role in maintaining the venue’s high standards and delivering exceptional service to guests.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Previous experience in food & beverage within high‑end venues
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous
- Currently based in Dubai and available for a trial shift
- Minimum of 1 month experience in the sector as indicated
