About the role
Eatx, a Dubai‑grown hospitality group, is seeking a passionate and experienced Head Waiter/Waitress for a prestigious, high‑volume fine‑dining venue in DIFC.
Key responsibilities
- Lead an assigned section and coordinate waiters and runners during service.
- Welcome guests, present menus, provide confident food and beverage recommendations, and take accurate orders while communicating allergies and special requests.
- Monitor table progression, timing and presentation, support upselling, and ensure accurate billing.
- Coach junior team members, reinforce service standards, and coordinate with kitchen, bar and supervisors during busy periods.
Required profile
- At least 2–3 years of experience as a Head Waiter in an upscale, fine‑dining or high‑volume restaurant.
- Strong menu knowledge, sales ability and guest‑engagement skills.
- Confident leading a section and supporting junior employees.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is a strong advantage.
