Health Center Manager

About the role

SEHA is seeking an experienced and dynamic Health Center Manager to lead the operations of its clinics across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The manager provides strategic and operational leadership, ensuring high-quality patient care while maximizing the performance and efficiency of the assigned facility.

Key responsibilities

• Drive clinic operational performance and achieve quarterly and annual business objectives
• Analyze operational and business outcomes to identify improvements and enhance clinic performance
• Implement standardized management practices in line with SEHA policies and regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with SEHA, HAAD, quality standards, KPIs and legislative requirements
• Build strong relationships with physicians, consultants, SEHA facilities, hospitals, insurance companies and other stakeholders
• Lead local marketing and business development by monitoring market trends, competitors and growth opportunities
• Enhance patient experience and clinic reputation through high service standards and positive community relationships
• Oversee quality and risk management programs for safe, efficient healthcare services
• Manage and develop clinic staff, including onboarding, performance management, training, coaching and succession planning
• Promote effective communication and problem-solving across departments

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Management, Healthcare Management, a clinical degree or another relevant field; or a diploma in a relevant field with 3 years of additional experience
• Desired: Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
