Senior Radiographer

About the role

Tarmeem Hospital in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Senior Radiographer to join its healthcare team. The role covers diagnostic imaging procedures, supporting clinical teams in patient diagnosis and treatment, and maintaining high standards of patient care, imaging accuracy and radiation safety. Applicants with practical experience in MRI, X-ray and operating room imaging are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including MRI, X-ray and operating room radiography
• Ensure patient safety, comfort and proper positioning during imaging examinations
• Follow radiation protection protocols and comply with hospital policies and clinical safety standards
• Operate radiology equipment accurately and maintain it according to established procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals on diagnostic assessments and treatment decisions
• Maintain accurate imaging records and document all procedures
• Support efficient radiology department operations in a fast-paced clinical environment

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Radiography or Medical Imaging Technology
• 3-4 years of relevant professional experience as a Radiographer in the UAE
• Hands-on experience in MRI, X-ray and operating room imaging
• Strong knowledge of radiation protection protocols, imaging procedures and patient safety
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills
• Able to maintain patient comfort, confidentiality and professional standards during examinations
