About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Health Safety Environment (HSE) Officer to support the safe execution of oil & gas EPC projects. The role focuses on promoting a safety‑first culture across all project phases.
Required profile
- Minimum 3‑5 years of HSE experience, with at least 1 year in construction, fabrication, installation or commissioning within oil & gas or petro‑chemical sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification (additional HSE trainings advantageous).
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
Required skills
- Conducting HSE inspections and awareness sessions.
- Incident reporting and investigation procedures.
- Risk assessment and development of HSE, welfare and emergency response plans.
- Implementation of SSOW, PTW, WMS and related work instructions.
- Practical H2S control measures.
