About the role
The Healthcare Assistant will support licensed clinical staff in delivering safe, high‑quality patient care in line with regulator guidelines. This role is focused on patient rights, hygiene standards and effective unit operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide fundamental patient care under the guidance of licensed personnel.
- Maintain and supervise Central Sterile Supply items in the ward.
- Uphold and advocate for patient rights and participate in intentional rounds.
- Deliver general administrative services to ensure smooth daily operations.
Required profile
- Diploma as Health Care Assistant or equivalent.
- Experience in an inpatient hospital or OPD setting; UAE experience is beneficial.
Required skills
- Advanced computer literacy.
- Functional numerical literacy.
- Knowledge of basic CSSD functions.
- Manual handling and ergonomic principles.
- Client service orientation and communication skills.
