Healthcare Operations Consultant – AI Lab (Remote, Part‑Time)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to engage an experienced healthcare operations consultant. You will help train a cutting‑edge language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide‑deck tasks that support hospital and health‑system workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core healthcare workflows.
• Develop patient‑throughput and bed‑utilization models, care‑pathway redesign proposals, and service‑line performance dashboards.
• Produce payer‑contract and reimbursement analysis decks, staffing‑ratio and labor‑cost optimization models, and quality‑and‑patient‑safety improvement reports.
• Collaborate remotely with the AI lab team, delivering high‑quality outputs on a flexible schedule.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in hospital operations, health‑system consulting, or care‑delivery redesign.
• Direct ownership of patient‑throughput, bed‑utilization, or service‑line performance projects.
• Proven ability to build staffing, reimbursement, or throughput models presented to senior executives.
• Expert‑level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with strong written communication.
