Healthcare Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Almediqa is expanding its international healthcare staffing team and seeks a motivated Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join the Dubai office. You will act as the bridge between highly qualified doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals and leading hospitals and clinics across the GCC and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source and engage qualified healthcare candidates, including specialist physicians and nurses.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and healthcare organisations.
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, interviewing and placement.
• Support business‑development initiatives throughout the GCC healthcare market.
• Manage recruitment pipelines and guide candidates from initial contact to successful placement.
• Achieve and exceed individual recruitment and sales targets.
• Represent Almediqa at meetings, conferences and networking events.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, healthcare staffing, sales or business development.
• Previous exposure to medical recruitment, life sciences or healthcare services is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales or recruitment targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as Arabic, Swedish, French or other European languages are a plus.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
